The Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL) and associated legislation is designed to make people responsible for their actions should a road safety incident take place.
Designed for team members and leaders in the civil infrastructure industry, this course provides the practical information required to manage the COR across your organisation.

- What are the requirements?
- Understanding the legislative requirements – including penalties
- What do you need to manage
- Auditing and documentation required for compliance
- Risk management identification and mitigation
- SWMS
- Incident management and corrective action
- WHS Management Plan
Learning Outcomes:
This short course will equip teams with the understanding and knowledge to proactively manage your organisations COR requirements.
Participants will gain a perspective of the importance of WHS being managed appropriately, including risk mitigation and record keeping. We take a practical focus to ensure your teams understand and can fulfil their obligations correctly.
