This award recognises individuals who exemplify a commitment to their continued professional development in the industry. The event brought together more than 350 members and guests from across NSW to celebrate the dedication and excellence of the 70 finalists, who were nominated by contractor members on the basis of their performance. All awards were judged externally and impartially by industry leaders, except the President's Award, which was judged by CCF NSW President Lee Fahey. Congratulations to the 2023 President's Award winner, Paul Lyndon, NSW Work, Health and Safety Manager at Georgiou. Kylie Yates, CEO of CCF NSW, said, “I congratulate all the winners and finalists in the 2023 CCF NSW People Awards. All these extraordinary individuals have demonstrated best practice in their respective roles, contributing not only to their employers’ success, but that of the state’s civil construction industry.
