ICI has more than 70 short courses available via a live virtual classroom. All courses are run by civil industry professionals – and your team will interact with a cohort of like-minded civil industry Members from around Australia. “All our participants and presenters are from our industry – ensuring you and your team get practical, industry-relevant learnings and examples,” commented Lee Gabbett, General Manager of ICI. “As a not-for-profit organisation, we very much focus on being specifically targeted to the civil industry.” The high-impact material is delivered via 2–4-hour courses across a range of learning streams, including Technical management, People Management, and Business & Operations. With over 70 industry-specific courses to choose from, civil contractors can customise their learning program by skillset, capability gap or career path. In addition to the Keystone funding, benefits include time savings and a reduction in down time by using interactive, online delivery methods. This allows attendees to return to work immediately – and put their learnings to practical use.
