6 April ICI launches Employer Recognition Program April 6, 2022By ICI Administrator Aspire employer recognition, employer of choice, professional standards, staff development 0 What is it, what does it do, and why should you be a part of it? ICI Australia recently launched an Employer Recognition Program (ERP) – a nationwide system which allows employers who invest in staff development to be recognised by the industry. With a focus on encouraging employers across Australia to raise professional standards, the Program is the first ever civil industry specific recognition system. A key component for employers is the ability to promote and brand themselves as a business committed to their staff, and their career development. The ERP gives both employers and employees the ability to recognise and identify companies that can truly by considered an Employer of Choice in the civil industry. Organisations that qualify for the ERP gain access to a number of resources and promotional material, including branding, logos and certification of partnership – which is reviewed on an annual basis. Within the program, there are three partner levels that can be attained; Elite, Premier and Partner. Each partnership level is driven by the percentage of civil staff that an employer puts through training programs. Partner entitlements include: Use of partner logo Listing on ICI ‘Employer of Choice’ online database Certification of partnership Complementary partner events As a nationwide program, the ERP is unique and free for civil employers to join. Partnership is based on the level of staff investment and the organisation’s commitment to training. For detailed information on entitlements, advantages and how to become a partner, see our website.
